The cooking School at Treasure Island Foods is excited to present chef Eddie Jimenez, the talented new chef at Cuatro - Cocina Nuevo Latino. He will introduce us to some of his latest, innovative creations. Crab and Goat Cheese Empanadas w/pico de gallo salsa cruda Pinchos de Pollo: Jerk chicken skewers with fried plantains, Mango Mousse in baby papaya with strawberry ceviche.
