Green Dolphin Street; Chef Hal Acepcon. Pan Roasted Blue Crab and Shrimp Cake: Dungeness crab, shrimp, chivesabd sauce of tangy lobster essence garnished with fried leeks.
Ahi Tuna Mignon:Coated in corriander, lemon zest and pink peppercorns with wilted spinach, white bean ragout and infused tomato concasse with ginger; Garnished with candied lemon wheel.
Upside Down Pineapple served with Pina Colada Ice Cream, Carmel sauce and garnished with candied pineapple.
