A social dining experience represented by a medley of flavors & texture to be shared at the table as is the custom in Spain... Tha class will be taught by Chef Diane Juergens (Director of the School) with class participation. We will make and enjoy such favorites as: Assorted skewers: Manchego and Quince, Pistachio Curusted Blue Cheese Fruit; Cannellini and Herbed Tomato Bread Rusks; Lamb "Sliders" with Cilantro/Mint Aoili, Cucumber Discs of Salmon and Dill Creme Fraiche and Spicy Shrimp and Chorizo.
