The cooking school at Treasure Island presents, Executive chef Roger Herring of Socca restaurant - preparing a July 4th cookout Socca Style - not your ordinary celebration!
The menu includes: brined whole roasted chickens with roasted garlic. Arugula with with pickled red onions and cucumbers, crumbled goat cheese and grilled bread rusks. Grilled fennel and red bliss potates. Strawberry rhubarb croissant bread pudding.
