Monday, January 21, 2008: Socca restaurant and Chef Roger Herring present “A Very Special Evening” featuring Italian bread rusks topped with whipped ricotta, grilled artichokes and smoked prosciutto; Barolo braised beef and fennel on gorgonzola mash; and Risotto rice pudding with mascarpone and toasted pistachios.
