As always, these entertaining chefs will bring you their unique selections for “Thanksgiving Side Dishes”. Let them give you great ideas for the holidays.

Monday, November 26th - Let’s Get Saucy with Chef Diane
At your request, here is the class to learn to make wonderful sauces prior to the holidays. We will work together to make Hollandaise & Bernaise (the easy way!), Sauce Chasseur, Pan Sauces and more! Serve with your favorite dishes!

Tuesday, December 4th - Holiday Party with Tracy & Diane
It’s that time again… so let’s PARTY! We’ll sample numerous wines and hors d’oeuvres and be entertained by guest chefs. Our school becomes our own venue for a festive evening. ($20 class fee)

Tuesday, December 18th - Chef Teresa Ging of Sugar Bliss Cake Boutique
“Seasonal Cupcakes”…the hottest rage! Just in time for Holiday baking, we’ll make and decorate various flavors of cupcakes.

Price per person: $15.00(except where noted), payable in advance.
Time: 7pm to 9pm.
Where: The Cooking School Mezzanine at the 2121 N. Clybourn Treasure Island.
